Now, I saw a new heaven and a new earth. For the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. - Revelation 21:1

Affliction will not rise up a second time - Nahum 1:9

And the former shall not be remembered or come to mind - Isaiah 65:17

For as the new heaven and the new earth which I will make shall remain before Me, says the Lord. - Isaiah 66:22-24

The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, the lion shall eat straw like the ox.  And dust shall be the serpents food.  They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain. - Is 65:25

The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, the leopard shall lie down with the young goat, the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.  The cow and the bear shall graze; their young ones shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.  The nursing child shall play by the cobras hole, and the weaned child shall put his hand in the vipers den.  They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain. - Is 11:6-9

Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. - Re 20:11

The heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word: are reserved for the fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. - 2 Peter 3:7

The day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. - 2 Pe 3:10

Looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat?  Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for the new heaven and the new earth in which righteousness dwells. - 2 Pe 3:12

Revelation 21:9-12

The city seems to be laid out as a cube, since its length, breadth, and height are equal.  The cube was an ancient symbol of perfection.  The Most Holy place in the Old Testament Tabernacle and in the temple were cubic in design.  The symmetrical measurements of the city are so vast- about 1400 miles around and the wall is so thick (v. 27) over 200 feet that they almost surpass the imagination. As thick as the walls of Anew Jerusalem are they are transparent as crystalline jasper.  The vast city itself (v. 16), especially the streets (v. 21) are also like clear glass, even though they are made of pure gold.  The overall effects is that of an incredibly beautiful and transparent city, symbolizing never-ending glory and purity.

Sounds like colors of the rainbow to me, more beautiful than one can imagine.

The twelve gates are each made of one pearl. - Re 21:21

Oh, what a beautiful place it will be.

Pauls vision of Paradise -  he heard inexpressible words which is not lawful for a man to utter. - 2 Corinthians 12:4  I wonder if we have the vocabulary or emotions to even under in our present condition.

Eye has not seen, not ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him. -  1 Co 2:9
