was added to His name after His ascension to the right hand of the Father.
Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears
My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. Revelation 3:20 (NKJV)
For many are called, but few are
chosen. Matthew 22:14; 20:16 (NKJV)
Are you being called? Are you going to chose Him?
He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without
blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself. Ephesians 1:4
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and
you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him
who knocks it will be opened. Matthew 7:7,8 cf Luke 11:9,10 (NJKV)
No one can come to Me, unless the
Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up on the last day. John 6:44 (NASB)
All that the Father gives to Me shall
come to Me, and the one who come to Me I will certainly not cast out. Jn 6:37 (NASB)
And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that of all that He
has given to Me I lose nothing, but raise it up on the last day. For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who
beholds the Son and believes in Him, may have eternal life; and I Myself will raise him up on that last day. Jn
6:39, 40 (NASB)
