2 Corinthians 1:3,4 - Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies
and God of all comfort, 4who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in
any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
2 Co 4:8,9 - We are hard-pressed
on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down,
but not destroyed
2 Co 4:15-18 -For all things are for your sakes, that grace, having spread through the many, may cause thanksgiving
to abound to the glory of God. 16Therefore we do not lose heart. Even
though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. 17For our light affliction,
which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, 18while we do not
look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but
the things which are not seen are eternal.
Romans 8:37,39 - Yet in all these
things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38For I am persuaded that neither death nor life,
nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39nor height nor depth, nor any
other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
1 Peter 4:12,13 - Beloved, do
not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; 13but
rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christs sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding
joy.
1 Pe 5:6,7 -Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, 7casting
all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
Philippians 4:8 - Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just,
whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there
is anything praiseworthymeditate on these things.
Luke 18:1 - Then He spoke a parable
to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart,
Psalm 147:3 - He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
Psalm 34:15-19 - The eyes of the Lord
are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry. 16The face
of the Lord is against those who do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. 17 The righteous cry out, and the
Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. 18The Lord is near to those who have a broken
heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit. 19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers
him out of them all.
Ps 30:4,5 - Sing praise to the Lord,
you saints of His, and give thanks at the remembrance of £His holy name.
5For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.
Isaiah 40:31 - But those who wait on the Lord
, Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.
Is 41:10 - Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I
will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.
Is 51:11 -So the ransomed of the Lord shall return, And
come to Zion with singing, With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness; Sorrow and sighing shall
flee away.
Is 43:2 - When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow
you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame
scorch you.
