Proper food combining aids food digestion

Protein foods require an acid medium for digestion -  Hydrochloric Acid

Starchy foods require an alkaline medium for digestion - Ptyalin

 

Elementary chemistry tells us that acids and alkaline neutralize themselves.  This is what happens when you eat a protein and starch together at a meal.  Digestion is neutralized does not occur.  Food that is not digested rots turning into alcohol and poisons leaving the stomach and digestive tract in a mess.

 

Proteins and vegetables go together as do starches and vegetables.

Acid fruits may be eaten with sub-acid fruits is a good combination.  Sweet fruits when eaten with sub-acid fruit is a poor combination.  Acid fruits when eaten with sweet fruits is a bad combination.

 

Eat melon alone or dont eat them they are so close be being already digested.  Digestion time is so short eaten with anything else they will rot in the stomach.

 

Here is the tricky part acid and alkaline has everything to do with the food when it is ingested and not necessarily what you think it is without being eaten.

 

Combining rules:

Proteins do not combine with starches this is the tough on the American diet.  Exception Avocados combine with starchy vegetables; legumes fairly well with grain.  To absorb calcium takes protein.  Interesting huh?  In milk there is not enough protein to absorb the calcium in it.

 

Fruits do not combine with starches fruits hardly require any time in the mouth or stomach while starches require most of their time in those areas.

Fruits do not combine with proteins fruit sugars absorb directly into the intestines while protein requires much time in the stomach allowing the fruit to rot.  Exception Avocados combine well with acid and sub-acid fruits; there is enough oil in seeds and nuts to prolong protein digestive juices in the stomach while the fruit sugars of acid fruits and papaya are absorbed into the intestines.

 

Fruits do not combine with vegetable - fruits are cleaners and vegetables are builders.  You cannot clean and build at the same time.  Exception tomato is a fruit you can have with Lettuce, Celery, Okra, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Bell Peppers and Summer Squash.

 

Eat melons alone or not at all they are in their simplest form and require almost no digestion time in the stomach.  The stomach is l04 degrees and if they are held back they will rot.  Leave a piece of melon out in the sun of 80 90 degrees and watch it rot before your eyes.

 

Acid fruits do not combine with sweet fruits they repel each other.  Bananas & grapefruit, oranges & raisins, tangerines & prunes dont sound too good.

 

Dont mix more than 4-6 fruits or vegetables at a meal - the simpler the better.

 

Health Builders:

Air - fresh, pure unpolluted which may be harder to fine some places than others.  Its free and you cannot live long without it.

 

Water - it is hard to get pure clean water.  Did you know that bottled water has to be no better than the local tap water in the area from which it is bottled?  Enlightening huh?

 

Sunshine - Every living organism needs the sun to exist.  Don't overdo it!

 

Nutrition Eat to live - not live to eat.  We ARE what we eat.  In about 11 months the cells of our body have changed out & we have a new body.  If you do not like yours - redo it.

 

Physical Fitness - About the best king is to walk as brisk as possible everyday.  Work up to one hour each day.  Test on animals show the thin ones live longer than the heavier ones.

 

Health Destroyers:

Salt it is an inorganic substance - our bodies are organic and cannot use inorganic substances.  It leads to kidney and heart disease, dries the body out including hair and scalp.

Refined Sugar

7.     Over stimulates production of insulin (hard on pancreas) & alkaline digestive juices

8.     Interferes with absorption of protein, calcium & other minerals

9.     Retards growth of intestinal bacteria

 

 

Enriched Flours - incomplete, depleted, deficient food

Hydrogenated oils - Your body cannot use as it takes a temperature of 300 degrees or more to use the stomach is 104 degrees, will not melt.  If you need to use oil -  use cold processed - extra virgin olive oil is among the best to use.

 

Milk for infants - mothers breast milk we are the only species  routinely using milk from other species incompatible to us.  Cows milk is for calves.

Flesh - there are so  many reasons for not eating but the best one is that the empirical formula for meat and vegetable protein is the same while the structure is not.  The body takes meat protein and reconfigures it to the structure of vegetable protein before it can be digested.  This puts an extra strain on the organs of digestion.

 

Rules of Eating

1.     Combine your foods properly

2.     Leave out the dessert sweets, even fruit fowls up digestion bacteria turn the food into Alcohol & Vinegars

3.     Do not drink liquids with meals either ½ hour before or 2 hours after and when you do no more than 4 oz.

4.     Best never to eat fried, processed, refined, enriched, canned or boxed foods

5.     Eat in moderation

6.     Chew your food thoroughly no teeth in the stomach

7.     Allow 4 hours between meals and before going to bed

8.     Dont eat things too hot or too cold digestion will be affected

9.     Eat juicy foods before concentrated

 

NOT EVERYONE IS THE SAME AND THERE ARE MANY FOOD ALLERGIES EAT THOSE FOODS THAT CAUSE YOU NO PROBLEMS
